Ranma and Akane have black hair! How can Minako have blond hair?
There are a number of possible reasons, none of which matter in my opinion, because her hair color will in no way affect the plot, and its implausibility is nothing compared to that of a bunch of teenage girls running around Tokyo fighting evil in short skirts. But here are the possibilities, anyways:
  1. Genetics. Genma or Akane's mother may have been blond, and it skipped a generation.
  2. Reincarnation. Minako's physical appearance reflects that of her past life in the Moon Kingdom, and would have done so regardless of who her parents were.
  3. Bleach. How do you know that Minako doesn't bleach her hair?
Also, it is worth pointing out that Usagi is also a blond Japanese female. Her mother has purple hair and her father's is black. Usagi and Minako also both hang out with a girl who has blue hair, and Ranma and Akane hung out with a girl who has purple hair.
They also fight demons and wield magic/ki. 'Nuff said.
Ranma can't possibly use the Happo Go-en Satsu!
In the manga, Happosai had to alter Ms Hinako's "physique" to allow her to use the technique. In my opinion, that modification is a short circuit approach to ki-manipulation. Ranma, Ryouga, Cologne and Happosai had to spend years perfecting their martial arts to be able to manipulate ki, but Happosai found a point he could press which allowed instant manipulation. Then he just had to train her to use it, which he did.
The Senshi can jump and fall multiple stories, trivially.
I don't see this at all. Some authors seem to presume that because you've got magical attacks, you have magical strength, as well. I don't recall any good examples of them exhibiting superhuman strength in Sailor Moon R, Sailor Moon S, or Sailor Moon Sailor Stars. (I believe there are some examples of them being on top of a building in one frame, and at street level in the next in the first season. Those can't be used as evidence in my opinion because of the scene cut. Also, that was likely done for dramatic effect so that the characters could be framed against the full moon.)

Sailor Saturn's manipulation of the Glaive is the only decent example of superhuman strength I can think of. It appears to be roughly 7 feet long and 1.5 inches in diameter. This gives it a volume of roughly 300 cubic inches. Assuming titanium, which is the only likely possibility given coloration and presumpations about the required tensile strength pre-magical endowment, then the Glaive weighs about 50lbs, without the blades. Even if it is aluminum, then it is 30lbs. Someone of Hotaru's stature simply doesn't have the musculature and leverage required to manipulate the Glaive with the ease she does in Sailor Stars. (I'll work on calculations related to the weight of the blades some other day.)
When will you write more?
Check the news page for information on my current status. I want this story written as humanly fast as I can manage without failing my classes, you know. Delay does me no good.
